For Federations Institutional desk

Institutional cooperation,
on a regulatory basis.

BestWay Soccer operates within the regulatory framework of FIFA, The FA, FIGC, FFF, FPF, and the FIFA Match Agent licence regime. We engage with national federations exclusively on a written, institutional basis.

Areas of cooperation.

The Missions In practice

How we work with federations.

Federations call on us for a range of missions: advisory and consulting; sourcing consultants, staff, technical directors and coaches for national teams; and specialised staff for national and youth setups. We also build partnerships — for example with Benfica and Alvin Morris on football restructuring. And when a federation is looking for friendly matches, our first job is to find them the fixtures their teams need to strengthen and progress.

Section 02 Documentation

What we make available.

We make available, on written federation request, on letterhead:

Federation portal — access granted to verified federations upon written request.

Section 03 Protocol

Engagement protocol.

  1. Initial enquiry on federation letterhead, addressed to our London office.
  2. Acknowledgement within 5 working days from our institutional desk.
  3. NDA signed bilaterally before substantive cooperation begins.
  4. All exchanges in writing, on letterhead, archived.
