For Families

A young player has
a family with him.

We meet the parents first. Always. Before we draft the first clause, before we discuss a club, before any signature. A career is also a family decision.

Four Concrete Promises

What we promise, in writing.

Promise 01

A free first meeting

Our first meeting is free, with no commitment.

Promise 02

Minors never pay

Minors never pay for their registered agent's services. Clubs pay us — never the family, never the player.

Promise 03

Written guardian consent

We require written guardian consent before any document is signed.

Promise 04

Three months of observation

We observe your child for three months before formally taking on the mandate.

Section 01 The approach

How we approach a young player.

When a young player interests us, we ask him to put us in touch with his parents — the simplest, most honest way in. We then meet the family in person, show our FIFA licence and explain who we are, before anything is signed.

The months before any mandate work both ways. We watch, and so do you. If a player won't listen or won't work, he can't benefit from what we know — and we'll say so. During this time nothing binds you: he can refuse, change his mind, or speak to other agents. We never push, never pressure, never promise.

We tell parents the truth: we are here to help build a good person, prepared for a long career. Whatever his level today, our job is to take him as far as his potential allows — and to teach him to work. Talent is the start; work is what lasts. We have seen every case and walked players to the very top. His road looks clean today, but it was paved by others before him; our work is to spare him the avoidable pitfalls. We work on the young player's education, alongside his parents, not instead of them.

Section 02 The rules

Protection of minors.

We comply with FIFA Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players, Article 19 (international transfers of minors), and with all national federation rules on minor representation. The reference texts are public:

We will explain these rules to you, in plain language, in our first meeting.

Section 03 Plain answers

Questions parents ask.

"Will my son be poached if we say no?"

No. We do not punish a "no". We respect a family that takes time.

"Will the agent push my son to leave the academy?"

No. The decision to stay or leave belongs to the player and the family. We give context, not direction.

"What does taking us on really mean?"

Representing a young player is a mutual choice, made for the long term — that is what works. We commit to the family; we ask the family to walk the road with us.

"How are you paid?"

Paid by the club when a contract is signed, within the FIFA framework. We show the family the exact figure before any signature. Families and minors pay nothing. The work and the values come first; the money follows the contract, not the other way around.
