The data controller is BestWay Soccer OÜ — registry code 16228219, registered office Ahtri 12, 10151 Tallinn, Harjumaa, Estonia.
Through the contact form we collect: your name, your role (player, family, club, federation, coach, brand, press or other), your email address, your country and timezone (optional), the subject and content of your message, and an optional PDF attachment (maximum 5 MB).
Purpose: reading and answering your enquiry, and conducting any mandate that may follow. Nothing else. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in operating a football agency (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Processors: formsubmit.co, which transmits the form to the agency by email as our data processor, and Cloudflare Pages, which hosts this site. Google Fonts (Google LLC) is a third-party resource: your browser downloads the typefaces from Google, which may log that request.
We do not sell, rent or share your data beyond the processors above. No advertising profiles, no automated decision-making, no tracking cookies set by this site.
Retention: enquiries that lead nowhere are deleted within 24 months. Files that become mandates are kept for the duration of the mandate plus the applicable legal limitation periods.
Under the GDPR you hold the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may exercise any of them at any time — simply write to us through the contact form on this site.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), or with your national supervisory authority — for example the CNIL in France.
