Training camps for the unseen part of the story.
The Forge is not a showcase. It is a working camp: small groups, qualified staff, full days, and an honest written picture of where each player stands at the end. Players come to be measured and improved, not to be filmed.
Camps run seasonally across our network — locations and dates are shared directly with the players and families concerned.

Every camp follows the same spine. The intensity is adjusted to the player; the standard is not.
Strength, speed and endurance work built around each player's position and season calendar, supervised by qualified conditioning staff. The base everything else stands on.
Daily sessions on the player's actual job: the runs a striker times, the angles a full-back defends, the first touch a midfielder lives by. Detail work, repeated until it holds.
Each session filmed and reviewed with the player, one on one. Seeing the habit is the first step to changing it — the screen does not flatter, and neither do we.
Every player leaves with a written assessment: what stands, what needs work, and a plan for the months ahead. The camp ends; the document keeps working.

Places are limited and offered by conversation — it starts with a short written brief. Write to us with the player's age, position and current situation; we answer every serious message and share the programme, dates and conditions directly.
