Ch. 03 The Map

The story travels.
So do we.

Eleven offices, four continents, one way of working.

Eleven Points on the Map

Where we stand,
and what we see from there.

EuropeSeven desks
London
Est. 2012 · HQ

Where the story began, and where it is still steered. London is the seat of the agency: mandates, governance, and the door to English professional football, from the academies to the senior game.

Paris
France

France produces footballers the way other countries produce arguments about them. From Paris we follow the national academies and the professional pyramid, and accompany French players at home and abroad — in their own language.

Lisbon
Portugal

Lisbon is football's old harbour between South America, Africa and Europe. Our Portuguese office reads that traffic daily: arrivals, adaptations, and the careful first European contract done properly.

Milan
Italy

Italian football still negotiates like a craft. From Milan we follow Serie A and B, the youth sectors of Lombardy and beyond, and the particular patience an Italian contract requires.

Basel
Switzerland

Switzerland develops young players early and sells them well — a market of measured steps. From Basel we cover the Swiss leagues and the German-speaking corridor, where a precise file matters more than a loud one.

Bucharest
Romania

Eastern Europe remains one of the continent's most underread markets. Our Bucharest office follows Romania and its neighbours: honest values, hungry players, and pathways west for those ready to take them.

Tallinn
Estonia

From Tallinn we read the Baltic and Nordic leagues — small markets that develop serious professionals, and a corridor west that rewards those who arrive prepared.

West AfricaTwo desks
Dakar
Senegal

A gateway to West African football. From Dakar we work close to the academies and the families, so the first move toward Europe is made on the player's terms — documented, protected, unhurried.

Abidjan
Côte d'Ivoire

So many stories begin in West Africa, and too many are mishandled at the first step. From Abidjan we work with academies and families across the region so that the journey to Europe starts protected, documented, and on the player's terms.

South AmericaOne desk
Belo Horizonte
Brazil

Brazil teaches the game a particular patience: formation first, transfer second. Our office in Belo Horizonte scouts the Brazilian leagues and state championships, and prepares South American players for the European market — paperwork included.

Indian OceanOne desk
Port Louis
Mauritius

From Port Louis we watch the Indian Ocean and the southern African corridor — markets the big networks fly over. Quiet ground, genuine talent, and a region we know personally rather than by report.

The Languages

A career is negotiated
in its own tongue.

The languages we work in, in-house — because a player should never sign what he has only understood through a stranger's translation.

FR

Français

The language of our French, Ivorian and West African work, and of French-speaking Switzerland — and of many families we sit with first.

EN

English

The language of the contracts, the federations, and the market's daily conversation from London outward — our common working language.

PT

Português

For Portugal and Brazil — the bridge between Lisbon and Belo Horizonte, both directions, no interpreter needed.

IT

Italiano

For Italy and Italian-speaking Switzerland: a market with its own particular way of doing business — relationships first, details always.

DE

Deutsch

For Germany and German-speaking Switzerland.

RO

Română

For Romania and our Bucharest desk.
